Fosthiazate is a type of contact nematicide that has chemical formula C9H18NO3PS2 with molecular weight of 283.35 g/mol. It appears as colorless to yellow liquid which is soluble in water and shows miscibility in methanol, xylene, & acetone. This compound is suitable to be employed under any soil conditions & climates. It is applied to tomatoes, potatoes, and other vegetables without affecting their physical & chemical properties.
